We really liked this, so after a rest and some water we did it again: medicine ball twists, battle ropes, and sprints and repeated it several more times before our legs started complaining and we liked it so much, we’re already looking forward to doing it again Saturday evening.

…we call the VA IT guy again (we have his dedicated number)…He answered with “hello” and not “VA IT Guy” or something similar and we got the impression we had woken him up.  

He was as useless as ever.
