D4 had just finished stocking the sundry stand freezer when he started a rambling story about how he had played some golf this past Saturday and after he prattled for a bit be stopped as if he’d lost interest…Thoughtfully, he scratched his head.

The Bottom Ten/NFL Week 12 – The race for The Dan Henning Trophy rolls on.

Old NFL adage that on any given Sunday any team can beat any other waived for Panthers for rest of 2023 season…

Germans threatening to bring concentration camps over tyranny of being forced to watch Patriots/Colts…

Win could not have come at worse time for Bears, who have wasted strong 0-4 start by splitting last six (6) games…

The Diary of a Nobody – Sparrow spends some time with his friend Moussa. Today’s Diary. 

Also not clear was the number of brides his son would be taking because some of the Africans there have more than one…We did ask about this and Moussa said he sets the example for his sons: one wife is plenty, which led to a knowing nod from yours truly… 

The Bottom Ten/NCAA Week 12 – The struggle for the ESPNCup is real, folks. 

Commodores finally benefiting from turn-of- century decision to merge Athletic, Student Affairs departments as Divinity students acting as team chaplains proclaim James 1:4 – “Perseverance must finish its work” – as mantra for rest of 2023 B-10 medal stand quest…

Either way, B-10 pollsters “pretty sure” conference deserves props for forcing court battle with flagship football program this late in the season. 

Good gravy, you are now stuck paying Jimbo Fisher $75 million not to coach your team…Hell, Bottom Ten pollsters would’ve done it for half that while winning the same number of national championships – zero (0).

It was incongruous enuff to get a pretty good laff…As it should have, frankly, because the idea of a seven-month-old negotiating a frozen Snickers bar on her own was, of course, preposterous…
