The Sunday Bottom 5
A ranking of some things.

1. Supreme Court Packing Oh good gravy,  FDR tried this and didn’t work and Sunday Bottom 5 pollsters “pretty sure” it’s not going to work this time…If every new administration gets to expand Supreme Court, court expected to have 5,237 members, meet in Madison Square Garden, by time this half-century is out.

2. Kimberly Potter White, chick officer who shot, killed Black man after initially offering a taser shot was actually a training officer…Officers training under Potter’s guidance told to disregard lesson of firing gun after shouting “taser”, referred to official department policy on matter.

3. Lauren Daigle Single You Say extends all-time Billboard chart record for most weeks at #1 with 125th non-consecutive week at top of Hot Christian Singles chart…Envious Morman Tabernacle Choir’s attempt hot, Christian rendition of patriotic songs in time for 4th of July chart run hits snag when arrangers unable to find suitable backbeat for reboot of Battle Hymn of the Republic.

4. Afghanistan Troop Withdrawal. About time, as this yet another war that was not declared by Congress despite fact Constitution mandates Congress declares war…Sunday Bottom 5 pollsters to remain vigilant, however, “pretty sure” they’ll remain skeptical until this actually happens.

5. President Joe Biden Fact Check  – Though fact-checking industry still reeling after end of Trump Administration, those remaining on duty offer some modest President Biden action today. Click here to read it, courtesy of the AP.

Writing worth reading. Usually.

The Diary of a Nobody – Sparrow’s road trip continues. Today’s Diary.

There had to be at least ten thousand people there!!!…I am not making that up…Ten thousand Iowans had nothing better to do on a gorgeous Saturday morning than go to football practice, but people who do not live in college towns cannot understand the fervor that compels people to get dressed up like it’s game day and go watch a scrimmage…
