The Sunday Bottom 5
A ranking of some things.

1. Biden Infrastructure Plan$2 trillion plan means well and is to be paid for, in part, by an increase in corporate taxes…Sunday Bottom 5 pollsters, though, remain “pretty sure” any business tax is merely expense they pass on to us, making it another tax on us and we’re taxed enough right now.

2. Major League BaseballHome run/strikeout festivals remain tedious, boring to watch as game now a lot closer to being niche sport than to being national pastime…Sunday Bottom 5 pollsters still “pretty sure” war against evil defensive shifts can be solved with a few bunts down third-base line, but good luck getting that to happen.

3. Lauren DaigleSingle You Say remains at #1 on Billboard Hot Christian Singles chart for all-chart record 123rd non-consecutive week…Morman Tabernacle Choir – still intrigued by concept of hot, Christian songs despite failure to come with one for Easter – starting to make initial plans for dance version of Come Holy Spirit Come in time for Pentecost next month.

4. 2020 ExonerationsNation conceived in liberty still sending people to prison for things they didn’t do…2020 saw 129 exonerees who lost 1,737 years of freedom…87 of these involved official misconduct, 30 were falsely identified and 29 had actually pled guilty…All these numbers should cause us to go stand in the corner in shame, but they don’t.

5. USA! USA! Country such a partisan bickering mess now Georgia can’t even pass a proper Jim Crow voting law without country getting shorts in knot…Lilith Fair organizers hoping to kick start festival and get MLB All-Star Game moved to rolling meadow in Ireland after it was taken away from Atlanta.

Editor’s Note: Presidential Fact Check, which became a #5 staple during the Trump Administration, will run as needed during the Biden Administration.

Today At The Site
Writing worth reading. Usually.

Q: Is it Read Free Sunday at The Diary of a Nobody?
A: Of course it’s Read Free Sunday at The Diary of a Nobody.

The Diary of a Nobody – Sparrow finds that last week’s airline crew mystery returns. Today’s Diary.

The mystery of the airline crew’s transportation to the airport – once thought to be solved – only deepened this morning…Recall last week they were all in the lobby and were heard to leave and then promptly at 0605 the driver for the taxi company shows up wondering where they are…Well, also recall Front Desk Manager Brandon said he’d heard they’d changed shuttle companies and we both figured that’s that, mystery solved.
