The Diary of a Nobody – Sparrow has a lousy experience trying to buy some shoes. Today’s Diary.
…and the girl was plainly disinterested in helping me find something.
Jeffrey, on the other hand, got everything but a hand job…Good gravy, his foot was not only measured, but he stepped in some gel and his feet were computer analyzed, too…My feet weren’t even measured…They made a sale with him, but not with me…I emailed the store to whine and the manager wrote me back promptly and apologized and offered me 25% off my purchase.
I don’t know…The moment was lost, the original enthusiasm for the shoes gone…
