The Diary of a Nobody – At the hotel, Sparrow is in a pitched battle over the angle of the base of the back office phone.
The phone is regularly returned to a low angle after I’ve switched it and, like a lot of goddamned things as yours truly gets older, this is starting to annoy me…I mean, who wants to hear the phone ring, glance to your right and not be able to see the display???…I don’t understand this at all…And it could be anyone at the front desk, too, because everyone uses the back office eventually…
