The Diary of a Nobody – Sparrow chats with Liz, who notes that it is kickball season. Today’s Diary.
Liz added that catching a kicked ball is harder than she remembered as a kid, saying her tendency is to stand too far under the ball and trying to catch it above her head, like you would try to catch a fly ball…We told her that even tho we were hardly Mr Kickball, even we knew this was whack and that the proper way to catch a kickball is your arms out – not up – and cradle it in.
