We really liked this, so after a rest and some water we did it again: medicine ball twists, battle ropes, and sprints and repeated it several more times before our legs started complaining and we liked it so much, we’re already looking forward to doing it again Saturday evening.

The Diary of a Nobody – Sparrow is going to take a break from working out. Today’s Diary. 

Shutting it down was really the only option…We could have continued with unsatisfactory workouts or we could’ve pushed it and, perhaps, injured ourselves…We’ve been moving good weight for over 20 years and we have yet to have an injury and there is no reason to start now…

The Bottom Ten/NFL Week 10 – It’s the tightest race for The Dan Henning Trophy ever. 

With seven (7) losses in nine (9) remaining games, B-10 pollsters “pretty sure” head coach Bill Belichick could become first coach to become NFL’s all-time losingest coach in season team finishes in B-10…

The Bottom Ten/NCAA Week 10 – The penalties, turnovers, and missed tackles continue in the race for the ESPNCup. 

Commodores again hampered by turn-of-century decision to merge Student Affairs, Athletic departments as university laundry attendants, temporarily coaching defense, insist players put on fresh uniforms after every play, resulting in NCAA record 725 penalty yards…

Army hampered by pregame Defense Secretary ruling requiring squad to audible in code, which was broken thanks to UMess spies stealing Army code book before game…

Cougars going down harder than whore with fleet in, with B-10 fan(s) everywhere remembering old adage about never underestimating Washington State’s ability to lose out…
