Now, I will admit that $20 would’ve been a generous tip, but it would not have been out of line, especially considering it’s cold and snowing out…Show some gratitude and give the guy the $20…We wanted to tell him to keep it but that would’ve been snarky and you do not want to be snarky to guests, so we went and broke the $20 and suffered the humiliation of bringing a ten-spot back to his room.
